A British heritage brand founded in 1924 in Stoke-On-Trent, England. Belstaff was the first brand able to waterproof cotton by waxing it. Originally developed as motorcycle apparel. Founded by Eli Belovitch and his son-in-law Harry Grosberg, the famous 'Belstaff' brand name derived from the owner's surname and their home county Staffordshire.
As a notorious motorcycling brand, Belstaff has gone from strength to strength. Once a humble waxed cotton jacket made to keep the rain off bikers back has now supplied aviation networks, armies and even the Hollywood film industry in Los Angeles. Their distinctive classic design with a rough and ready edge is consistent in every collection. We see the highly recognisable Belstaff logo on the sleeve of the signature waxed jackets and fur-hooded parkas.
Belstaff continues to provide us with classic and timeless pieces which never seem to date. The brand's British accent shows its strength when we see the union jack flag logo usually appearing close to the chest pockets. Waxed jackets are a timeless way to shield your child from the harsh weather this upcoming winter.
