Pre-Order - When a product is marked as pre-order on our website, it means it is temporarily out of stock or on its way to our supplier and on order with our supplier.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damaged or defect goods supplied or delivered here-under or for any other liability, in each case that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
Nursery and Furniture Deliveries (UK Mainland Only)
For all UK Mainland orders over £49.00 we offer free delivery Monday-Friday with DPD. We do not ship any furniture offshore.
Clothing Deliveries UK and Worldwide
For all UK Mainland orders over £100.00 we offer free delivery Monday-Friday with DPD.

International customers (non-EU) might have to pay an import duty on some purchases. For information, please contact your local customs office.
Collection Service
Should you not be able to take receipt of your parcel then DPD and DHL delivery both offer a collection service whereby your package can be delivered to a local store or supermarket for you to collect at a time that's convenient for you. This option will be given to you via text prior to delivery.
Receiving Your Order
Please check your dispatch confirmation email(s) which will say if your entire order will be sent in one consignment, or if we have sent part of your order with further items to arrive later in a separate consignment(s).
When you have received the consignment(s) please check all the items you have received as soon as possible, so you can make us aware of any issues within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We have a limited amount of time to raise issues with our suppliers and delivery partners and cannot guarantee that they will cooperate in resolving any issues after this time period.
Process of Dispatch on Multiple items
If you have multiple items in your order and one of the items is currently out of stock, your order will be dispatched to you once all items are in stock. However, if you wish to receive the in-stock items now and the out-of-stock items when they become available later, please contact our Sales Team by phone or email and express that you wish to receive your order as separate deliveries.
Packaging
On the rare occasion, an item's packaging may get damaged during transit, in which case we will repackage it. This does not mean that the item has been in anyway used or tampered with and should be accepted as a brand new, unused product
Returns Policy
Standard Returns Policy
A completed returns form MUST be included with ALL returns. If this is not included the return can not be processed. We are unable to accept any returns sent to our store.
Clothing and Footwear Returns
If you are not completely happy with any items from your order you have 14 days from the date you received your delivery to send them back, sale items must be returned within 7 days. Returns received beyond this time will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed and all original tags must be in place.
Shoes must be tried on a soft surface. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. Please ensure shoes are returned in the original shoe box.
Nursery Returns
You can return nursery items up to 28 days after purchase. These include all pushchairs, car seats, highchairs and rockers. assembled items, furniture items and wallpapers are non returnable. Nursery items that are returned to us without a returns form will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refund Process
A return will be processed with 2-5 days of it being received at our warehouse this may take longer during sale periods and holidays. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method, card and debit card payments can take up to 10 days to show on your account due to varying processing times between banks.
Exchanges
To avoid disappointment, we advise that you place a new order for the items you would like to exchange for and then request a refund for your returned item. We advise you to proceed that way as the items you want may sell out in the time it takes for us to receive your return. We are not able to hold items and cannot guarantee their availability before receiving your return.
Outlet Items
Items purchased under the OUTLET at The Baby Room are non returnable.
UK ONLY: This does not affect your statutory rights - so you may still return promotional items for a refund under the Distance Selling Regulation, which requires that you provide us written notification of cancellation within 14 days of delivery.
