2.1. We have taken great care to ensure that the items on our website are presented as accurately as possible. Before placing an order please read through these terms. We will try to keep our website as up to date as reasonably possible, but cannot guarantee that any particular Item will always be available.  If we do not fulfil an order within 30 days, the order will be cancelled, the payment automatically voids or if monies have been taken these will be fully refunded. 

2.2. Due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours actual colours may vary as everyone sees these differently, therefore the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product. All our images are supplied by the respective manufacturers to use for imagery purposes. 


All prices are stated next to each product on the website, at the time of ordering. While endeavour to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error on the price of goods you have ordered the order will be cancelled and fully refunded. 


The Baby Room reserves the right to change these Terms at our sole discretion. By using this Website after any such change(s), you agree to comply with, and be bound by, the terms as changed. 


The website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights on the website and its content (including without limitation the website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the website) are owned by or licensed to The Baby Room or otherwise used by The Baby Room as permitted by law.

6.2. In accessing the website, you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the website for personal, non-commercial home use only.


7.1. The website is provided on an "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy. 

7.2. To the extent permitted by law, The Baby Room will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the website.

7.3. The Baby Room makes no warranty that the functionality of the website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

7.4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to exclude or limit the liability of your name for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of The Baby Room or that of its employees or agents.


8.1. All orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by email. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and The Baby Room will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. 

8.2. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct email address and mobile number for all communication regarding the order and delivery notifications is provided. 

8.3. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and or description and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced or described incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If payment has been released for the goods, we shall refund the full amount back to the original form of payment. 


9. All orders for delivery within mainland UK are dispatched via DPD from our warehouse. Once goods have left our warehouse you will receive a text message confirming the delivery the following working day (Monday-Friday).  On the day of the delivery taking place DPD provide customers with a one hour time slot via text.  It is the responsibility of the customer to make necessary arrangements to take safe delivery of the order or follow instructions to change the delivery day or arrange collection of the parcel at a DPD collection point if the day or time is inconvenient. There is an option to change this via text or a dedicated app. If no contact is initiated DPD presume delivery is to be made and they will attempt to deliver to a neighbour if possible or leave the parcel in a safe location. The Baby Room cannot be held responsible for any negligence in communicating with DPD in relation to the delivery of an order.

9.1 The following brands are shipped directly by the manufacturer; Babystyle Furniture, Hibou Home, Majivillan, Obaby, Oeuf, Sian Zheng, Tutti Bambini.


As stock quantities are not updated in real time and items may be sold out at the time of purchase, if an item that has sold has been purchased we will notify you by email as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued. 


A completed returns form must be included with ALL returns. If this is not included the return will not be processed.  

11.1 If you are not completely happy with any items from your order you have 14 days from the date you received your delivery to send them back, sale items must be returned within 7 days. Returns received beyond this time will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed and all original tags must be in place. 

11.2  Shoes must be tried on a soft surface. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. Please ensure shoes are returned in the original shoe box. 

11.3  You can return nursery items up to 28 days after purchase. These include all pushchairs, car seats, highchairs and rockers. Assembled items and furniture items and wallpapers are non returnable. Nursery items that are returned to us without a returns form will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

11.4  Any returns sent to our store will not be processed - the correct procedure as outlined must be followed for all returns. 


A return will be processed with 2-3 days of it being received at our warehouse this may take longer during sale periods. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method, card and debit card payments can take between 3-10 days to show back in the account due to varying processing times between banks.


We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damaged or defect goods supplied or delivered here-under or for any other liability, in each case that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, accidents, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, flood, storm, earthquake, natural disaster, failure of telecommunications networks, inability to use transport networks, mechanical failures, acts of God, terrorist attack, war, civil commotion, riots, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, acts or restraints of Government, and imposition or restrictions of imports or exports). If we do not fulfil an order within 30 days the order will be cancelled, the payment automatically voids after 30 days or if monies have been taken these will be fully refunded back to the original form of payment.

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.


These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
